Kailash Fair Agra

One such festival is the Kailash Fair. Held at Kailash, just 12kms from Agra, the festival is celebrated in the month of August and September.
The Kailash Fair in Agra is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is believed that Lord Shiva appeared in Kailash in the form of stone lingam and the devotees with their unshakable faith visit in large numbers to offer prayers and to rejoice in the colorful ambience of the fair.
